Amenities Included for Weddings at Anderson Terrace with Booking:

  • Wooden farmhouse tables (seats 10) for up to 100 guest

  • Folding fruitwood chairs for up to 100 guests

  • 10 hours of event time and use of entire venue.

  • Private Bridal Suite and Groom’s Quarters for use by wedding party

  • Restaurant style heaters (If needed)

  • Caterers kitchen

  • Complimentary coffee and water all day.

  • Landscape lighting and lit walkways, including tree up-lights.

  • Parking for up to 70 cars on site. Valet and shuttle service will need to be contracted for offsite parking if over 130 attendees.

  • On Site Manager day of event

  • Linens provided for extra charge ($20 per)

  • One hour rehearsal time depending on availability.

  • Indoor reception with food & display tables

  • Complimentary Continental Brunch for 10***

  • You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol for a $300 on premise fee. The on premise fee will include one Anderson Terrace bartender for 5 hours for 50 people wedding. Additional bartenders can be contracted at $35 an hour. One bartender per 50 attendees (Alcohol must be served by an Anderson Terrace TABC bartender)

  • An AT Day of Coordinator must be contracted with for all weddings $250

***Complimentary Brunch for 10 people Sat and Sun only, for 10 hour package.

5% Discount for Veterans/Active Duty/First Responders/Teachers/Nurses

3% Cash Discount if paid in full when booked. 3% Surcharge on credit/debit cards


We have hourly rates for weddings as well:

Monday-Thursday Hourly Rate: $250 per hour 4 hour minimum 4pm to 10pm hours

Holidays, Friday and Sunday Hourly Rate $350 per hour (daytime only 10am to 1pm)

Saturday Hourly Rate: $450 per hour (daytime only 10am to 1pm)

Note: 3 hour minimum required for weekend weddings
