Hourly Rate for a small wedding $250 an hour
Note: Hourly bookings require a 4-hour minimum and a $150 cleaning fee and a 15% service charge
Hourly Rates Include:
Outdoor beautiful area which can hold up to 100 people
Farm tables and chairs for 100 guests for the reception.
Anderson Terrace will set up and breakdown all tables and chairs
Buffet table, gift table, sign in table, cake table, bar, DJ table, and 2 cocktail tables included
Use of private bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids
Use of private groom’s suite for the groom & groomsmen
On-site manager during your event
Flexibility to bring in all of your own vendors, with limitations on catering.
Note: Hourly rate is based on time of check in and check out of venue (including a rehearsal, set-up, clean-up) and are available any hours from 9 am- 1 pm on weekends (event must be complete by 12:30 pm). Between 12 pm and 10 pm weeknights.
Parking attendant required for attendees over 150
TABC Bartender: All bartenders must be through Anderson Terrace at $45 an hour. One per 100 attendees.
Catering: Must select a caterer from approved vendor list (talk with us about this. May be waived)
Hourly Rate Payment Terms:
30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental date. 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days from your wedding. Final balance due one month from your rental date
