FAQ

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT THE VENUE?

A: Please visit our rental rates page.

 

Q: HOW MANY GUESTS CAN ANDERSON TERRACE ACCOMMODATE?

A: We can hold events up to 200 guests.  A couple things will come into play: more staff, parking attendants, extra bartenders, etc.

 

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK TO SEE IF MY DATE IS AVAILABLE?

A: Please contact our sales team and they can advise you on our current availability.

 

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VENUE RENTAL FEE?

A: Please see our wedding day page for all the special things included. 

 

 

Q: IF MY GUEST COUNT EXCEEDS 100, CAN I RENT ADDITIONAL TABLES AND CHAIRS?

A: Yes, we have 100 additional chairs on site and available for rental. Additional rentals will be done through Monarch Rentals. 

 

 

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE SET UP AND BREAK DOWN OF TABLES AND CHAIRS.

A: When arriving on your event day, the venue will be set up with all tables according to the layout provided. Ceremony site and reception chairs as well as end of night breakdown/cleanup will be taken care of by our staff. You are just responsible for your own personal items and decor.
Q: DO YOU REQUIRE A DAY OF COORDINATOR? 
A: Yes. Our in house coordinator is required at only $650. Your DOC is there to make sure your wedding goes as planned and take care of all the detail on your special day. 
Q: ARE PETS ALLOWED?
A: Yes, you may have your pet in your ceremony and pictures, but they must be kenneled after the ceremony (kennel not provided).

Q: AM I REQUIRED TO USE A CERTAIN CATERER AT Anderson Terrace?

A: You can bring in any caterer. We do have a $350 service fee for our staff to set up, keep warm, serve, and break down.

 

 

 

Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH OTHER VENDORS?

A: We have an open-vendor policy aside from our valet, tenting, day of coordinator, and bartending services. 

 

 

 

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY?

A: Outside alcohol is permitted but must be served by our bartending staff. You bring in the alcohol and our bartenders serve. $500 Bar charge. Includes bartenders, set up, ice, cups, serve, all condiments, breakdown. 

 

 

Q: CAN I HOST BOTH MY WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT Anderson Terrace?

A: Yes, all wedding ceremonies are permitted and may be hosted in conjunction with your reception.

 

 

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY OVERNIGHT GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS?

A: Yes we do. A beautiful 38 ft travel trailer that also is used as the grooms hideout. 

 

 

Q: CAN WE PICK UP OUR ITEMS THE FOLLOWING DAY?

A: Yes, we actually prefer it and our staff will box it up for you and have it ready. Must have everything picked up by 10am.

 

 

Q: WHAT ABOUT A REHEARSAL? 

A: It is best to have it in the afternoon of the wedding after all the Bridal party has arrived (your DOC will direct this). If the venue is available the day before your wedding you could talk with your DOC to sit if possible. You can also book a rehearsal dinner at Anderson Terrace. 

 

 

Q: CAN WE TAKE ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS ON THE PROPERTY?
