Our basic venue rental is based on 10 hours for the wedding day (8 hours for micro weddings), tables & chairs for 100, bridal suite, use of our decor room, and staff on hand all day to help.
Music must be turned off at 10:00.
We can accommodate up to 200 but only have seating for 100 so tables and chair rentals will be needed for over 100 attendees. Over 100 attendees will require parking down the street, extra staff hired, and a parking attendant.

Rosie, our groom's man cave 35' RV, can be rented separately for $350 and is not included in the pricing.

We offer a $250 thank you discount to Veterans.
Caterers, Florist, Bakers, Officiants, Decorators, Day of Coordinators, DJs, Live music…anything you need to have a fabulous wedding! You can use your caterers or bring in food with just a small fee for break-down and clean up.

Pricing is subject to change based on availability and time of booking. There is a cleaning fee of $175, a bar service fee of $300/500, our Day of Coordinator fee of $550, and a 15% service fee on the venue price. Over 100 attendees incur an additional $250 staff charge. A holiday will incur an additional $450.
