Our basic venue rental is based on 10 hours for the wedding day, farm tables and chairs for 100, bridal suite, and staff on hand all day to help.
You have the venue from 1 pm to 11 pm. Music must be turned down at 10.
We can accommodate up to 300 but only have seating for 100 so tables and chair rentals will be needed for over 100 attendees. Over 150 attendees will require a shuttle service for parking down the street.

We offer a 5% thank you discount to Veterans, Active Military, First Responders, Nurses, Teachers, and Neighbors.
We have Caterers, Florist, Bakers, Officiants, Day of Coordinators, DJs…anything you need to have a fabulous wedding! You can use your caterers or bring in food with just a small fee for break-down and clean up.

Pricing is subject to change based on availability and time of booking. There is a cleaning fee of $150, a bar service fee of $300, our Day of Coordinator fee of $300, and a 15% service fee. Over 100 attendees incur an additional $250 staff charge. A holiday will incur an additional $450.
