Our basic venue rental is based on 10 hours for the wedding day (8 hours for micro weddings), tables & chairs for 150, bridal suites, use of our decor room, and staff on hand all day to help. Ceremony to close is 4 hours (3 hours for a micro wedding).
Music must be turned very low at 10:00.
We can accommodate up to 150 with tables and chairs. Over 100 attendees will require a parking attendant and extra staff hired.

We offer a $250 thank-you discount to Veterans and First Responders.
Caterers, Florist, Bakers, Officiants, Decorators, Day of Coordinators, DJs, Live music, videography…anything you need to have a fabulous wedding! You can use your caterers or bring in food with just a small fee for setting up, serving, break-down, and clean up.
*This estimate is being provided for your convenience only and does not include options that you might select for our venue. Pricing is subject to change based on availability and time of booking. There is a cleaning fee of $175, a bar service fee of $300/500, our required Day of Coordinator fee of $550, an outside catering fee of $350, and a 15% service fee on the venue price. Over 100 attendees incur an additional $250 staff charge. A holiday will incur an additional $450. Your initial $2500 down payment is non-refundable.
