Reserving Your Date
A signed contract and booking fee are required to officially reserve your event date at Anderson Terrace.
Because we host only one event per day, all payments made toward your event are non-refundable and your reserved date is held exclusively for you.
Flexible payment schedules are available based on your event timeline.
Your Event Experience
At Anderson Terrace, our goal is to make your planning process feel smooth, organized, and stress-free from beginning to end.
Your reserved event time includes access to the venue, setup, celebration time, and cleanup. Additional time may be added based on availability.
Food & Beverage
Clients are welcome to provide their own alcohol for the event. All alcohol service must be handled by Anderson Terrace bartending staff.
We work closely with trusted vendors and partners to help simplify catering, coordination, music, and other event services.
Décor & Personal Touches
We love helping clients create events that feel personal and memorable. Décor and personal touches are encouraged as long as they do not damage the property or interfere with venue operations.
Our team is always happy to guide approved decoration options and setup recommendations.
Guest Counts
Final guest counts are due prior to the event date as outlined in your contract.
Children under five years old are not included in the final guest count.
Music & Venue Guidelines
Music and entertainment are welcome; however, sound levels must remain respectful of surrounding neighborhood guidelines.
Outdoor bass-heavy music is not permitted.
