Your wedding day- Anderson Terrace




Amenities Included for Weddings at Anderson Terrace with Booking:

  • 12 round tables (seats 8) for up to 96 guests

  • Chairs for up to 200 guests

  • 8 hours of event time and use of the entire venue.

  • Ceremony and Reception is 4 hours. 6 to 10pm (music off at 10)
  • Additional hours are $275 and only 2 extra hours can be rented to start at 4 pm.
  • Private Bridal Suite for use by the wedding party

  • Caterers kitchen

  • Complimentary coffee and water all day.

  • Landscape lighting and lit walkways, including tree up-lights.

  • Parking for up to 70 cars on site. Valet and shuttle service will need to be contracted for offsite parking if over 150 attendees.

  • On-Site Manager day of the event

  • Linens provided for buffet, bar, cake tables.

  • One hour rehearsal time day before, depending on availability.

  • Indoor area for food & display tables.

  • You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol for a $400 on-premise fee for beer & wine and $500 liquor fee (includes all condiments). The on-premise fee will include Anderson Terrace bartenders for up to 5 hours for 100 people wedding. Additional bartenders can be contracted at $125 an hour. (Alcohol must be served by an Anderson Terrace TABC bartender)

  • An AT Day of Coordinator must be contracted with for all weddings only $550

  • Fire Pit seating area. Will build a fire if there is someone to watch the children. 
  • We apply a service charge of 15% 


5% Discount on Venue for Veterans/Active Duty/First Responders/Teachers/Nurses/Neighbors

2% Cash Discount if paid in full when booked. 4% Surcharge on credit/debit cards


We have hourly rates during the week for weddings as well:

Monday-Thursday Hourly Rate: $250 per hour 4-hour minimum
