Amenities Included for Weddings at Anderson Terrace with Booking:

14 round tables (seats 8). 3 8Ft rectangle seats 10.

Chairs for up to 150 guests

10 hours of event time and use of the entire venue.
- Ceremony and Reception is 4 hours. Music and Bar off at 10:00
- Use of the decor room at no extra charge. Table linens are $17 each.
- Additional hours are $275 and only 2 extra hours can be rented to start at 4 pm. We never contract for after 10:00 pm.

Private Bridal Suite for use by the wedding party.

Caterers kitchen

Complimentary coffee and water all day. Complimentary lite bites for bridal party (noon).

Landscape lighting and lit walkways, including tree up-lights.

Parking for up to 60 cars on site. Valet and shuttle service will need to be contracted for offsite parking if over 120 attendees.

On-Site Manager day of the event (this is not the Day of Coordinator).

Linens provided for buffet, bar, cake tables.

Indoor area for food & display tables.
- Children are not allowed on property until 1 hr before ceremony. An AT child sitter must be hired if more than 5 children.

There is a $300 bar fee and a $500 full bar fee. The on-premise fee will include Anderson Terrace bartenders for up to 4 hours for 100 people wedding. Additional bartenders can be contracted at $125 an hour. (Alcohol must be served by an Anderson Terrace TABC bartender)

An AT Day of Coordinator must be contracted with for all weddings only $550.
- Fire Pit seating area. Will build a fire if there is someone to watch the children.
