YOUR WEDDING DAY

Amenities Included for Weddings at Anderson Terrace with Booking:

• 15 round tables (seats 8)
• White Chairs for up to 150 guests
• Beautiful wood benches at the ceremony site
• 12 hours of event time and use of the entire venue.
• Ceremony and Reception is 4 hours (3 hours for a Micro Wedding. Music and Bar off at 10:00
• Use of the decor room at no extra charge. Table linens are $20 each (included with packages).
• Additional hours are $475 and only 2 extra hours can be rented to start at 4 pm. We never contract for after 10:00 pm.
• Private Bridal Suite for use by the wedding party.
• Caterers kitchen
• Complimentary coffee and water all day. 
• Landscape lighting and lit walkways, including tree up-lights.
• Parking for up to 70 cars on site. Valet and shuttle service will need to be contracted for offsite parking if over 100 attendees.
• On-site manager day of the event (this is not the Day of Coordinator).
• Linens are provided for buffet, bar, and cake tables.
• Indoor area for food & display tables.
• Children are not allowed on the property until 1 hour before the ceremony. An AT child sitter must be hired if more than 8 children.
• There is a $300 bar fee and a $500 full bar fee (included in our wedding packages). The on-premise fee will include Anderson Terrace TABC bartenders for up to 4 hours for a 100-person wedding. Additional bartenders can be contracted at $75 an hour. 
• An AT Day of Coordinator must be contracted with for all weddings for only $650 (included in our packages)
• Fire Pit seating area. 
• We apply a service charge of 20% to the venue cost (included in our packages).

~A $3500 down payment is required at booking and is non-refundable. Balance paid in 3 installments and in full  60 days before your wedding. 

~You will need to provide liability insurance one week before your wedding.

~We have hourly rates during the week for weddings as well.
